Images at Smithsonian Institution Exhibit
A few of my images were shown at the Smithsonian Institution during the exhibit "Orchids: Interlocking Science and Beauty" from January 24 to April 26, 2015. Below a couple of images kindly sent by Kim Moeller, Smithsonian Institution.

The overall view of the plant was shot with a regular dSLR and Zeiss Makroplanar 100 mm f/2.8 ZE. The enlarged flowers is a z-stack of 42 images on a Zeiss Discovery V12 stereomicroscope, processed in ZereneStacker. The B&W image was taken on a scanning electron microscope (Zeiss EVO 40XVP) in variable pressure.
